📏 Size & weight

Dimensions: 17.3 × 17.3 inches, about 1¾ inches thick fully inflated

Weight: 10.6 oz, about as much as a pair of socks

Supports up to: 440 lbs

Fully inflated it lifts you about an inch and three quarters, and you probably won’t run it full. Let a little air out and you sit lower and softer. Start softer than you think.

It’s 17.3 inches square, so if the chair runs narrow, grab a tape measure before you order. At under eleven ounces, it moves from the armchair to the car to the dining chair without a second thought.

Why this cushion works

Most seat cushions are foam, and foam holds you up by pushing back when it’s squashed. After a few hours under your weight, it stops pushing back. You sink, and you finish the afternoon sitting on a thin, packed layer.

Air works differently. Air holds you up by pressure, and pressure doesn’t get tired at hour four. The Evivna is a grid of connected air pockets. Press down harder in one spot, like under your tailbone, and the air moves into the neighboring cells instead of pushing back harder. Your weight spreads across the seat instead of piling up on one sore point.

And you set it yourself. Pump to firm it, tap the valve to soften it, until it fits your body instead of an average one.

Care & cleaning

About thirty seconds at the kitchen sink. Deflate it, rinse it off, wipe it down, and let it air dry while the kettle’s on. No washing machine, and no waiting two days for a foam cushion to dry out.

Spilled tea, crumbs from lunch at the table, whatever the dog brings in. It all wipes off the same way.

How to inflate & adjust

Ready in under a minute. The pump is built in, no tools.

  1. Flip open the valve cap.
  2. Press the pump 30 to 40 times with your palm.
  3. Sit down in the chair where it’ll live, then tap the valve to let air out a little at a time. You’ll sit lower and softer with every tap. Stop when the seat feels like yours.
  4. Snap the cap shut so the air stays where you set it.

Softer than you’d expect is usually the sweet spot, and it can take a couple of tries to find yours. Once you do, count your pump presses. Then you can set it in seconds, in any chair.

The Evivna air cell cushion on an armchair, weight spread across the seat

    Finally, a cushion that
    doesn’t quit at hour three

Most cushions make the first hour feel solved. Then the foam starts packing down. You start shifting. By the second hour you’re thinking about the chair instead of the conversation, and somewhere around hour three the hand goes under the thigh.

The Evivna doesn’t use foam, so there’s nothing in it to pack down. Air holds you up by pressure, and pressure doesn’t get tired. The firmness you set after breakfast is still there at dinner. Set it to your own body, let air out until it feels right, and take 100 days to find out in your own chair.

A woman relaxing in her armchair on the Evivna air cell cushion, with callouts showing its features

    Let the air
    carry the load

When the foam under you packs down, the seat stops doing its share. You feel it as the fidgeting: shifting every few minutes, bracing on the armrest, the hand under the thigh somewhere past hour two.

Air doesn’t work like foam. It holds you up by pressure, and pressure doesn’t get tired. The seat keeps doing its share at hour four, and the firmness stays the one you chose. The only way it changes is if you change it.

Weight spread across the cells, not stacked on the tailbone

Firmness you set yourself. Change it anytime until it feels right

    Why air works

    Foam gets tired.
    Air doesn’t.

It’s easy to blame your own body. Sometimes it’s just the foam underneath you: foam supports you by pushing back when it’s squashed, and after a few hours it stops pushing back. Air supports you by pressure. The Evivna is connected pockets of air you set yourself. Support that doesn’t fade the way foam does.

      FAQ

How is this different from the cushions I’ve already tried?

Most cushions work the same way whether they’re foam or gel: a material gets squashed and pushes back. The firmness was decided at the factory, and after a few hours in the seat the material stops pushing back the way it did in hour one.

The Evivna holds you up with air instead. Your weight spreads across connected air cells, and the firmness is yours to set — press the built-in pump to firm it up, tap the valve to soften it.

So if the seat ever stops feeling right, you don’t replace it. You adjust it.

      Will it fit my seat?

It’s about 17 inches square, sized to cover an armchair seat, a dining chair, a car seat, or a recliner without hanging over the edges. It weighs about 10.6 ounces, so moving it from chair to chair takes one hand.

Fully inflated it’s about 1¾ inches thick. If that sits you higher than feels right, tap the valve and let a little air out until the height is yours. The thickness is yours to set, same as the firmness. A textured base grips the seat and helps it stay put.

How long before I notice a difference?

Honest answer: nothing needs to kick in. This isn’t a treatment, and air doesn’t need breaking in the way foam does. The only thing that takes time is finding your setting.

Plan on an afternoon or two of small adjustments. Sit, let a little air out, sit again, and start softer than you think. Once the firmness feels like yours, it stays where you set it.

Whether it’s right for you is what the 100 days are for. Real afternoons, in your own chair, with a full refund if the answer is no.

How does the 100-day guarantee work?

Simple. Order it, set it to your body, and live with it for up to 100 days. If you decide it’s not right for you, for any reason, reach out through our contact page and we’ll refund the full price. We cover the return shipping, and there’s no restocking fee.

The 100 days is on purpose. A cushion can’t be judged in the first ten minutes. It gets judged somewhere around hour three of an ordinary afternoon, and we’d rather you have a whole season of long afternoons to decide than a nervous couple of weeks.

      How long does shipping take?

Orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on where you are in the US. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

If there’s an appointment or a visit on the calendar, count back a week. Most people like an afternoon or two to dial in the setting first.
